Instructional Techniques – Train the Trainer

This course is intended for Instructors who wish to train within a classroom or aircraft environment, whether it be on an individual or group basis.  The skills that delegates will learn and practice are generic training skills and apply to any aviation element or subject that they may be training. The aim of the course is ‘To be able to deliver training sessions with competence, clarity and confidence.  To be able to develop individual lesson plans. To be able to assess work performance and deliver effective feedback.’  During the course, delegates will prepare and deliver three presentations, which will be recorded on video and then discussed.

This is a 5-day course which can be tailored to meet your specific requirements.  We can conduct a private course at your own base or arrange classroom facilities for you.  Alternatively, you may have very few delegates in which case you may prefer to join an open course with delegates from other operators
