Plane Training was founded by Trish Kershaw and Sarah Skelton.
Working with us at Plane Training is a team of experienced and specialist instructors. All of us have operated and trained for reputable UK and overseas operators before moving on to working with Plane Training
Sarah has had many years experience within aviation. Her specialist subject is CRM and Sarah is an accredited CRMIE (Ground.) Sarah has a vast experience of working with operators and personnel worldwide. Sarah sits on the RAeS Human Factors Cabin Crew Standing Group for the UK CAA
Trish started her career as a Nurse and so her real expertise is with Aviation Medicine. Trish has been involved with Safety Training as well as Aviation Medicine for many years. In addition to the delivery of training , Trish advises several operators on recommended changes and amendments to procedures and practises.
